Classes & Workshops
In Awareness Through Movement group lessons, you are verbally guided through gentle movement sequences. Lessons are carried out mostly in lying or sitting. There is an emphasis on your internal sensing of movements, being curious about changes you may experience, and exploring new possibilities with an open and light-hearted attitude.

Feldenkrais & Meditation - 1 day Workshops, 2020
Ease and Clarity
Using simple mindfulness meditation and gentle movement, these workshops will aim to develop an experience of ease and clarity that you can carry into everyday life.
Dates for 2020: there are currently no scheduled workshops due to Covid.
