Classes at Surrey Hills will be oriented around transferring weight with greater ease and clarity, a key to being able to feel balanced and stable, yet free to move in different ways with less effort.
The classes at Abbotsford Convent will focus on finding freedom in the hip joints and pelvis, creating more fluidity of moving while being centred within one's self.
