Awareness Through Movement and Learning

Learning is one of the central principles that underpin the Feldenkrais Method. In his writings and books Moshe explores what it means to learn as a human being. He differentiates between learning that is strongly goal-focussed and more organic learning, where attention rests primarily with the process, using one's present experience as basis of learning and discovery, and as a basis for developing awareness of self in relation to one's environment.
