Awareness Through Movement Classes

In Awareness Through Movement group lessons, you are verbally guided through gentle movement sequences. Lessons are carried out mostly in lying or sitting. There is an emphasis on your internal sensing of movements, being curious about changes you may experience, and exploring new possibilities with an open and light-hearted attitude.

Finding Ease in Your shoulders, Neck & Jaw          

Friday lunchtime classes         12.30 to 1.30pm
9th February 2018 to 23rd April  (no class on 16th march, or Good Friday - 30th March)
Note: This series can be divided & paid for in two blocks - 6 weeks then 4 weeks
