Learning is one of the central principles that underpin the Feldenkrais Method. In his writings and books Moshe explores what it means to learn as a human being. He differentiates between learning that is strongly goal-focussed and more organic learning, where attention rests primarily with the process, using one's present experience as basis of learning and discovery, and as a basis for developing awareness of self in relation to one's environment.

The forward to the book entitled "Embodied Wisdom: The Collected Articles of Dr Moshe Feldenkrais", discusses some interesting aspects of Moshe's approach, as read here http://davidzemach-bersin.com/2012/01/embodied-wisdom/   It also includes some interesting biographical information that will bring more fullness to your appreciation of the man who develop the Feldenkrais Method.
